(5/2/20) getting evicted in 10 days please read/reblog

as upset and frustrated as i am to be making this post my landlord is evicting myself and my partner in 10 days. we were not on a lease and apparently she is saying we violated the 3 month agreement we had for having animals even though they are ESAs unfortunately this is legal because we are not on a formal lease and it’s an “agreement violation”

i am a disabled/autistic black transman and do not work and was just recently homeless for over 6 months before moving into the apartment i was in which has only been for a month. my partner also a trans poc and is in between jobs and was not approved for unemployment

i am extremely scared as i do not want to be on the streets during the pandemic, im at least trying to get money for a new place or even a hotel/motel for us to be in to stay safe

anything helps as i don’t think we will be getting all the rent back we just paid on the 1st
